On behalf of a large corporation I tested the user-experience of e-wallets in the context of a benchmark. First we evaluated heuristics according to the methodology of Jakob Nielsen. Proceeding with cognitive walkthroughs, I analyzed the operation of some on the market existing wallet products. The aim of the study was to make the internal teams familiar with the current realities of the market and to support them with the results obtained in the work of their product. For confidentiality reasons no company, the tested products or result information can be showed about this project.
